Discussion and possible direction regarding the site for construction of the new Cochise County Jail.
Background:
As part of the Jail Planning Study completed in May 2025, there was an evaluation of sites provided by the County for construction of a new Jail.
This meeting is an opportunity for the Board to review and discuss several of the top ranked sites, and to provide direction to staff as necessary on the site selection for the new Jail.
