Presentation, Discussion and Possible Direction regarding Owner’s Representative Services for the Jail Project by Vanir Construction Management, Inc.
Background:
In 2024, Cochise County issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a firm to provide Owner’s Representative Services for the new jail project.
Vanir was selected as the most qualified firm based on the County staff committee’s review of their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and interview.
The presentation by Vanir will provide the Board an overview of the services provided by an Owner’s Representative such as:

The presentation by Vanir will provide the Board an overview of the services provided by an Owner’s Representative such as:
- Establishing and documenting project requirements.
- Managing the design and construction teams.
- Project management and controls.
- Project budget – preparation of a Master Project Budget including consultants, construction, contingencies, etc.
