Approve a grant of easement to Sulphur Springs Valley Cooperative Inc (SSVEC) for parcel 203-01-007 for a new primary electric line to a new hangar at the Willcox Airport.
Background:
Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative Inc has requested an underground easement to construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, operate and maintain electrical lines for parcel 203-01-007, with the right of ingress/egress. This easement is required for SSVEC to perform work on their electrical lines. E18211 is an easement for a service for Bill Vogel to a new hanger at the Willcox Airport.

Provide copies of recorded easements to Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Co-Op Inc.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Sulphur Springs Valley Co-Op Inc will not be able to construct electrical lines to the new hanger located at the Willcox Airport.
