Background:

The county received a Special Use Authorization request from Andrew Bauer (applicant) to allow a marijuana establishment at 5655 E. Gaskill Road near Willcox (APN 305-43-056G). The property is zoned RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres) and received previous special use approval for a marijuana cultivation/infusion facility. Proposed business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
