Background:
The county received a Special Use Authorization Request from Summit Locations LLC (applicant) to erect a billboard at the southeast corner of Highway 90 and Allen Lane (10 E. Allen Lane) near Huachuca City (APN 106-16-030B). The proposed billboard is double-sided with 576’ square feet of advertising area per side and a total height above ground level of 45’. The proposed sign facings are static and lit with 100W LED fixtures. The property totals about 10 acres and is zoned GB (General Business District).
