Background:
Jeffrey Craig Miller has applied for a Series 09(Liquor Store) liquor license for Quick Pic Market & Gas on 62 N Oak Dr, Benson, AZ 85602. The Sheriff's Office has recommended approval of the application. The Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question have been paid in full. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. The Environmental Health Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
