Adopt Zoning Ordinance 25-22 to rezone tax parcel 205-12-347B from SR-22 (Single-Household Residential District, one dwelling per 22,000 square feet) to RU-2 (Rural District, one dwelling per 2 acres) pursuant to the application of David and Diane Ruozi (Supervisor District 3).
Background:
The County received a request from David and Diane Ruozi (applicants) to rezone tax parcel 205-12-347B from SR-22 (Single-Household Residential District, one dwelling per 22,000 square feet) to RU-2 (Rural District, one dwelling per 2 acres). The property totals about 3 acres and is located on Sandal Street one mile west of Highway 191 in Sunsites Unit #7.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
The department will update the county zoning map to reflect the new zoning district.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The parcel will remain SR-22 and future development will conform to applicable use and site development standards of the SR-22 zoning district.
