Agenda Item Text:
Discussion and possible direction regarding Cochise County’s vaccination policy.
Background:
A Work Session request was submitted by Vice-Chairman Crosby on July 19, 2025.
Justification / Executive Summary:
During the COVID pandemic and subsequent vaccinations, it was discovered that a great deal of misinformation, and contradictory information was produced for the public, by government agencies, and private agencies. We need to examine who really has the Constitutional authority to declare emergencies.
Proposed Outcome:
With the benefit of hindsight, I propose that the BOS's provide policies to protect the public from such occurrences as adverse side effects, mandatory violation of religious freedom, and involuntary human medical experimentation, and violation of Constitutional rights, so we don't participate in harming, or violating the rights of those we should intend to protect.
