Background:
The Board of Supervisors will meet in executive session to receive legal advice from the County Attorney’s Office and to discuss strategy concerning the recently filed Superior Court case Groover v. Antenori, et al., CV202500676, pending before the Superior Court of Arizona in and for Cochise County. The discussion will focus on the status of the litigation, potential legal issues, risks, and strategy related to the defense of the County and its officials.
