Approve Grant Agreement E6M4M01D between the Arizona Department of Transportation, Aeronautics Group and Cochise County for Project No. 3-04-0049-015-2025, for the installation of a Fuel Farm Self Service System at the Cochise County Airport in Willcox, in the amount of $1,864, effective October 21, 2025.
Background:
The Fuel Farm currently does not have a self serve function. This ADOT grant is for 2.5% of the 5% match required by the FAA. If approved, the County will supply the other 2.5% ($1,864).
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
Staff will submit the signed grant agreement and process payment for the match requirement.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The lack of maintenance of the Fuel Farm will result in further deterioration and would not have a self-serve system for customer’s convenience.
