Approve a Data Sharing Agreement between Arizona Complete Health and Cochise County Sheriffs Office to enhance systems of timely data exchange and effectively communicate information needed for coordination and continuity of care for individuals booked into Cochise County Jail and those being released from the facility.
Background:
Arizona Complete Health and Cochise County Sheriffs Office aim to jointly enhance systems of timely data exchange. A previous Data Sharing Agreement was approved and put into effect that is similar but does not fully cover the data to be exchanged within this agreement. This Data Sharing Agreement will allow for more in depth access to pertinent information increasing coordination of care capabilities for both entities.
