APPROVAL OF THE 2026 MEETING CALENDAR
Background:
The proposed Planning and Zoning Commission 2026 meeting schedule is attached. Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 4pm in the Board of Supervisor's Hearing Room in Bisbee.
There is one holiday conflict where the second Wednesday in November falls on Veterans Day, a federal holiday (November 11th). Staff recommends an alternate meeting date of November 18th (the third Wednesday).
