Mr. Bennett will present AUDIT USA’s proposed 5-Point Plan, which includes:
Transparent verification of eligible voters
Transparent verification of who voted
Verification that the number of ballots equals the number of voters
Verification of the Cast Vote Record to ballot images
Random sample audit of ballot images to paper ballots
