Certify the election results submitted by the Cochise County Elections Department as the official canvass for the Special Election held on November 4, 2025.
Background:
As set forth in Arizona Revised Statutes the governing body of a special district as defined in title 48 shall present to the board of supervisors a certified copy of the official canvass of the election at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the board of supervisors.

Submit certified copy of the official canvass of the election at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Supervisors (November 18, 2025).
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
The Cochise County Jail District will not be in compliance with State Statute for certifying election results.
