Approve transfer of tax deeded property, as described in Exhibit A, to the Cochise County Engineering & Natural Resources Department, for potential transportation or flood control purposes.
Background:
Annually the Board of Supervisors holds a public auction of tax parcels. Engineering has requested the following parcels be removed from the tax sale, and vested in their department.
