Discussion and possible direction regarding the Public Works Department Informational Update, including the following topics:
- Highways Quarterly Workplan;
- Solid Waste Division Update; and,
- Light and Heavy Fleet Divisions Update.
Background:
The Public Works Department is comprised of 4 divisions; Highways, Solid Waste, Light Fleet and Heavy Fleet. The topics of discussion are the Highways quarterly work plan, as well as brief updates on the Solid Waste and Light and Heavy Fleet Divisions.
Proposed Outcome: Ensure the Board members are informed of upcoming road maintenance projects and divisional updates.
