Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Douglas and Cochise County Elections to provide for election supplies and services for the May 19, 2026, Election. 

Background:

The scope of this agreement is limited to election services and supplies between the City of Douglas and County for the Charter Amendment held on May 19, 2026. 

Department's Next Steps (if approved):

If approved, the Elections Department will provide election supplies and services for the City of Douglas for the Charter Amendment on the May 19, 2026, Election. 

Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:

If not approved, the Elections Department will not be able to provide elections supplies and services to the City of Douglas for the May 19, 2026, Election. 

To BOS Staff: Document Disposition/Follow-Up:

Requesting signature on IGA document to return to the City of Douglas.
