Approve the Apple Developer Program License Agreement and Google (Android) Developer Terms of Service to establish developer accounts necessary for deployment of a County-supported mobile application for schools.
Background:
Cochise County Information Technology is working with local schools on the development and deployment of a custom mobile application. In order to publish and maintain this application on Apple (iOS) and Google (Android) platforms, the County must establish official developer accounts with both companies.

Upon Board authorization, the Chairman of the Board (or authorized designee) executes the agreements on behalf of Cochise County.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
Without accepted developer agreements, the County is legally unable to publish or distribute the application on Apple or Google platforms.
