Approve the sale of two parcels sold during the November 3, 2025, through November 14, 2025, Tax Deed Land Auction held online through Public Surplus of parcels listed on Exhibit A.
Background:
From November 3, 2025 through November 14, 2025, the Online Tax Deed Land Auction was conducted, resulting in property sales of $209,923.50.
The sold parcel went to the second bidder. See Exhibit B. All funds were collected through our vendor Public Surplus. Those funds will be apportioned by the Treasurer's Office according to state statute. A listing of the Parcels Sold was also provided to the County Treasurer to update the tax roll.
