Background:
Jessica Lynn Ducharme has applied for a Series 13 (Farm Winery) liquor license for Twisted Whisker Ranch Vineyard on 5922 E Highway 80, Bisbee, AZ 85603. The Sheriff's Office has recommended approval of the application. The Treasurer's Office advised that the property taxes for the parcel in question have been paid in full. The Development Services Department has recommended approval of the application. The Environmental Health Department has recommended approval of the application. There have been no formal protests to this liquor license.
