Correct the effective date of Resolution 12-28 previously adopted by the Board of Supervisors on July 24, 2012 from “July 24, 2012” to “August 23, 2012".
Background:
The effective date on Resolution 12-28 adopted by the Board on July 24, 2012 was listed as "on and after July 24, 2012" and should have been "on and after August 23, 2012" to coincide with the effective date of the Ordinance adopted at that same meeting; the date is amended on the attached revised Resolution.
