Discussion and possible direction regarding the proposed Cochise County Board of Supervisors Rules of Order.
Background:
The Board will review the draft Rules of Order governing Board of Supervisors meetings, including provisions related to meeting types, decorum, agenda creation and management, order of business, motions, voting procedures, and the role of the County Attorney. The purpose of this work session is to allow the Board to discuss the draft document, provide feedback, and give direction to staff regarding potential revisions prior to consideration of formal adoption at a future meeting.
