Approve Agreement for Clinical Practicum and/or Internship/Externship Educational Experience between Cochise County Community College District and Cochise County Detention Facility allowing for students to engage in educational experiences within the Cochise County Detention Facility, effective March 2026 through February 2029.
Background:
Cochise College and Cochise County Sheriffs Office Detention Health Services aim to jointly enhance students educational experience through this clinical agreement. This agreement will allow for students from multiple clinical backgrounds to obtain clinical, hands on education and experience at the Cochise County Detention Facility.
