Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Willcox and Cochise County Elections to provide for election supplies and services for the July 21, 2026, election.
Background:
The scope of this agreement is limited to election services and supplies between the City of Willcox and Cochise County for the Primary July 221, 2026, election.
Department's Next Steps (if approved):
If approved, the Elections Department will provide election supplies and services for the City of Willcox on July 21, 2026.
Impact of NOT Approving/Alternatives:
If not approved, the Elections Department will not be able to provide election supplies and services to the City of Willcox for the July 21, 2026, election.
