Approve the sale of parcel 409-27-002 to the City of Douglas, for the amount of $10, as requested by their council per A.R.S § 42-18303 (E), for flood control purposes.
Background:
Annually, the Board of Supervisors holds a public auction of tax parcels. The City of Douglas has requested the following parcel be removed from the tax sale, and sold and deeded to the city.
