Approve CTR070113 A5, CDC Overdose Data to Action (OD2A), between the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Cochise Health & Social Services (CCHSS), in the amount of $83,636, for the period of September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027.
Background:
The original Overdose Prevention IGA, CTR070113 beginning FY 2024, was approved on June 4, 2024.

This is a grant-funded cost reimbursement program through the ADHS in the amount of $83,636. Funds are 100% federally funded. This IGA currently funds .75 FTE.
