Approve a liquor license application for a series 16 (Wine Festival/Wine Fair) submitted by Mr. John M. McLoughlin for Jerome Winery for a Wine Festival to be held at 115 Frontage Road, Pearce, 85625 from April 29, 2011 to May 1, 2011.

Adopt Resolution 11-16 in accordance with A.R.S. 48-901 et. seq., approving the establishment of the Topaz Domestic Water Improvement District as described in the attached Petition, including Exhibits A-F and appointing Alan Thome, Walt Thome and Marty Schwank to serve as the initial governing board.
