Approve an amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) among the Cochise County Flood Control District, City of Sierra Vista, Hereford Natural Resource Conservation District (NRCD) and The Nature Conservancy (TNC) to add the City of Bisbee as a partner to the established Cochise Conservation and Recharge Network.
