Approve amendment to grant award from The Nature Conservancy to the Cochise County Flood Control District for streamflow monitoring and for the Bella Vista/Coyote wash recharge analysis and conceptual design, from $70,375 to $132,950, and to extend the grant term from December 23, 2016 to August 30, 2017.
