Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Tucson and the Cochise County Sheriff's Office for a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) grant, No. HT-21-11-0513, for a term of January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012, providing $375,403.00 in salary, fringe benefit, and overtime funding for the Sheriff's Office personnel assigned to the Border Alliance Group (BAG).

Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Bisbee for the County to provide Building Inspecton and Plan Review services when requested by the City, at a rate of $60 per hour plus 10% administrative fee, effective for one year upon signatures of all parties, with automatic annual renewals unless terminated per the provisions of the agreement.
