Members of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors will attend either in person or by telephone, video or internet conferencing.

The Board may permit public comment during the discussion of any item on this agenda. Persons will be permitted three minutes to speak.

Pursuant to ARS 38-431.03(B), minutes and discussions in executive session shall be kept confidential.

ACTION

Board of Supervisors

Potential executive session and special session to approve option agreement providing the County the right to purchase a minimum of 200 acre feet of effluent from the City of Bisbee for a five year period.

This executive session is authorized under A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4).
