APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES
CALL TO THE PUBLIC – Pursuant to A.R.S . § 38-431.01 (H) this is an opportunity for the public to comment. Individuals are invited to address the Board on any issue within the Board's jurisdiction. Since Board members may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda, Board action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
PUBLIC HEARING
1.
BA3-19-08 (Schmidt) The Applicant is requesting a variance to permit the construction of an approximately 2,000 square foot accessory building for a personal garage/shop for storage. The property is zoned R-9 and Section 705 requires all accessory structures to be incidental to the principal use unless the parcel is four acres or more.
2.
BA3-19-09 (Ramsey) A request to permit the construction of a 320 square foot carport eight feet from the propertyline, where 20 feet is required.
