Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) #ADHS18-177676, Amendment Number 3, between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Cochise County Health & Social Services, for reimbursement up to $275,000 to include improved cold storage capacity of COVID-19 vaccines and data entry and software purchases to increase immunization data during the COVID-19 pandemic.
