Approve Resolution 11-29 delegating authority to County personnel to sign agreements with property owners regarding flood mitigation devices.

FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT ITEM: Authorize the Flood Control District to enter into agreements necessary to implement Emergency Watershed Program project(s) in partnership with the NRCS.
