Members of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors will attend either in person or by telephone, video or internet conferencing.

Due to health concerns related to COVID-19, the Board has suspended public group access to conference rooms located in County buildings.

Pursuant to ARS 38-431.03(B), minutes and discussions in executive session shall be kept confidential.

ACTION

Board of Supervisors

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4), the Board may go into executive session for legal advice with the attorney of the public body and to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body's position in pending litigation.

Discussion and direction regarding the proposed potential settlement allocation structure of Opioid Settlement funds between the state, counties and cities in the Opioid Multi District Litigation ("MDL") pending in the U.S.D.C. Northern District of Ohio.
