Members of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors will attend either in person or by telephone, video or internet conferencing.
Due to health concerns related to COVID-19, the Board has suspended public group access to conference rooms located in County buildings. Discussion and possible direction regarding drainage issues along Old Pomerene Road in Benson, AZ.
This executive session is authorized under A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4), the Board of Supervisors may go into executive session for legal advice, and to discuss or consult with the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations, in pending or contemplated litigation or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation.
