ROLL CALL (Introduce Commission members and explain quorum and requirements for taking legal action).
APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MONTH'S MINUTES
CALL TO THE PUBLIC – Pursuant to A.R.S . § 38-431.01 (H) this is an opportunity for the public to comment. Individuals are invited to address the Commission on any issue within the Commission's jurisdiction. Since Commissioners may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda, Commission action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
PUBLIC HEARING
1.
Docket SU 21-12 (Whetstone N Telecom) - The applicant requests a Special Use Authorization to approve the installation of a 50' tall wooden pole with telecommunication devices in a residential zoning district.
2.
Docket SU 21-13 (Whetstone W Telecom) - The applicant requests a Special Use Authorization to approve the installation of a 50' tall wooden pole with telecommunication devices in a residential zoning district.
3.
Docket SU21-11 (Bickert) - A request to construct a private, dirt runway of approximately 4,200 feet in length and 60 feet wide

Docket SU21-15(The Pharm Expansion) a Special Use Authorization modification/expansion of their approved medical marijuana cultivation, storage, and infusion facility.
5.
Docket SU21-14 (Mason) A Special Use Authorization to establish an AKC dog and exotic cat breeding(animal husbandry) facility.
6.
Docket R-21-02 is a proposed amendment to Section 203 (Definitions) and Section 1717 (Procedures for Issuing Permits for an Accessory Living Quarter) of the Cochise County Zoning Regulations.
