Approve the Minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of October 11, 2011.

Authorize issuance of a letter in support of H.R. 1996 as described in the attached Press Release issued by the Western Legacy Alliance and the New Mexico Cattle Growers Association.

Ratify approval of the Fill The Gap (FTG) Application for Fiscal Year 2012.
