Pursuant to A.R.S. ยง 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors and to the general public that the Board of Supervisors will hold a meeting open to the public for the purpose of deciding whether to go into executive session. If authorized by a majority vote of the Board, the executive session will be held immediately after the vote and will not be open to the public.

Discuss the acquisition of parcels in the Sierra Vista Sub-watershedfor water conservation purposes.
This Executive Session is authorized under ARS 38-431.03, subsection (A) 7, discussions or consultations with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property.
