Pursuant to A.R. S. § 38-431.02(D), notice is hereby given that an emergency session of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors was held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Board of Supervisors Executive Conference Room, 1415 W. Melody Lane, Building G, Bisbee, AZ 85603.

At the emergency session, the Cochise County Board of Supervisors discussed, considered, and took action on the following items:

Direction and action regarding a response to the Secretary of State letter dated October 25, 2022.
Direction and action regarding obtaining outside legal representation.
