Pursuant to A.R. S. § 38-431.02(D), notice is hereby given that an emergency session of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors was held on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the Board of Supervisors Executive Conference Room, 1415 W. Melody Lane, Building G, Bisbee, AZ 85603.

At the emergency session, the Cochise County Board of Supervisors discussed, considered, and took action on the following items:

Discussion regarding the selection of outside legal representation in the matter of Arizona Alliance of Retired Americans, Inc. and Stephani Stephenson, v. Tom Crosby, Ann English, Peggy Judd, David Stevens, and Lisa Marra, all in their official capacities, CV202200518.
Approve obtaining outside legal representation for the matter of Arizona Alliance of Retired Americans, Inc. and Stephani Stephenson, v. Tom Crosby, Ann English, Peggy Judd, David Stevens, and Lisa Marra, all in their official capacities, CV202200518.
