SPECIAL NOTICE OF AN EMERGENCY MEETING
OF THE COCHISE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOM

Pursuant to A.R. S. § 38-431.02(D), notice is hereby given that an emergency session of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors was held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Board of Supervisors Executive Conference Room, 1415 W. Melody Lane, Building G, Bisbee, AZ 85603.

At the emergency session, the Cochise County Board of Supervisors discussed, considered, and took action on the following items:

Discussion regarding the Board of Supervisors' November 29, 2022, selection of outside legal representation in the matter of Katie Hobbs, in her official capacity as Arizona Secretary of State v. Tom Crosby, Ann English, Peggy Judd, in their official capacities as members of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors, and Cochise County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, CV202200553, and any other filed lawsuits naming the Board of Supervisors as Defendants regarding the General Election Canvass.
Approve obtaining outside legal representation by McCauley Law Offices, P.C., and authorize the County Administrator to sign an agreement for representation with McCauley Law Offices, P.C., for the matters of Katie Hobbs, in her official capacity as Arizona Secretary of State v. Tom Crosby, Ann English, Peggy Judd, in their official capacities as members of the Cochise County Board of Supervisors, and Cochise County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, CV202200553; Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans, Inc. and Stephani Stephenson v. Tom Crosby, Ann English, and Peggy Judd, in their official capacities as the Cochise County Board of Supervisors, CV202200552; and any other filed lawsuits naming the Board of Supervisors as Defendants regarding the General Election Canvass.
