Approve the Minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of November 15, 2011.

Approve the appointments of the following persons as Precinct Committee persons for the Republican and Democratic Parties of Cochise County: Precinct #43 SV Country Club, Marie A. Wagner; Precinct #2 BE J-Six, Mark Weeks; Precinct #4 BE San Pedro, Patricia S.P. Christensen; Precinct #58 Tombstone, Carol Gross.
 
3.
Approve the appointment of Gerald Curfman and Richard C. Dullum as directors for the Industrial Development Authority of Cochise County, pursuant to A.R.S. 35-705, effective immediatley and terminating on October 28, 2017.

Approve the 2012 Cochise County calendar reflecting the schedule of the Regular Board of Supervisor meetings for the calendar year 2012, the tentatively scheduled Special Board meetings (to be held only if necessary), the 2012 holidays and pay days, and authorize the Clerk to post the Public Notice of the 2012 meeting schedule.

Approve the renewal of Contract No. 09-27-HFP-04 for Tree Trimming and Removal Services with Environmental Earthscapes, Inc. in the not to exceed amount of $95,000 for the period of December 12, 2011 through December 11, 2012 for the Highways and Floodplain Division.
 
6.
Adopt an Intergovernmental Agreement to provide Building Inspection and Plan Review Services to Huachuca City at a rate of $60 per hour, effective upon signing by all parties for a one-year period, with automatic annual renewals.
