CALL TO ORDER
ROLL CALL (Introduce Commission members and explain quorum and requirements for taking legal action).
APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MONTH'S MINUTES
CALL TO THE PUBLIC – Pursuant to A.R.S . § 38-431.01 (H) this is an opportunity for the public to comment. Individuals are invited to address the Commission on any issue within the Commission's jurisdiction. Since Commissioners may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda, Commission action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
PUBLIC HEARING
1.
Docket RZ23-08 (Dickamore) Rezone 80 acres from SR-43 (Residential, minimum 43,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural, minimum four acres). Parcels 106-15-042 and 043.
2.
Docket RZ23-09 and CPA 23-02 (Fruge) The applicant, Mark Fruge, requests approval of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment for parcel numbers 202-76-227A and 202-76-098A from B-Neighborhood Conservation to D-Rural. Concurrently, the applicant asks for approval of a rezoning for parcel numbers 202-76-227A and 202-76-098A from SR-43 (Single Household Residential, one dwelling per acre) to RU-4 (one dwelling per 4 acres).

Docket SU23-12 (Ocotillo Storage) The Applicant, Mr. Caleb Malboeuf requests a Special Use Authorization pursuant to Section 707.21 to construct a phased mini-warehouse facility (self-storage) to include an onsite office, outdoor storage of RVs, boats and similar items.

Docket SU23-13 (Sybil Airstrip) The Applicants, Mr. Brent E. and Mr. Brent C. Webb request a Special Use Authorization pursuant to Section 607.15 to legitimize a 4,000 foot by 75-foot private airstrip.

Docket SU23-14 (Barataria Feed) The Applicant requests to construct a retail feed store. Phase 1 will include a 4,000 square foot hay barn, small sheds with merchandise, parking, and driveway. Phase 2 will include up to a 60,000 Square foot building to house the feed store and indoor arena.
