Approve appointment for the Planning and Zoning Commission of Mr. Jasper Sanger, representing District 1, for a four-year term ending December 31, 2016 and Mr. Shawn Wales, representing District 3, for a four-year term ending December 31, 2016.

Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the St. David Fire District and Cochise County for Highway and Public Works Projects.

Approve the proposed settlement of the tax appeal in David Ian Clark and Meiko Hara Clark v. Cochise County, ST2011-000630, now pending in Arizona Tax Court, a division of the Superior Court of and for Maricopa County.

Approve the proposed settlement of the tax appeal in Gary L. Sanders and Evadean Sanders v. Cochise County, Tax Appeal Case No. ST2011-000453 (Assessor parcel no. 104-02-053), now pending in the Arizona Tax Court, a division of the Superior Court of and for Maricopa County.

Approve the proposed settlement of the tax appeal in Equity Trust Company v. Cochise County, ST2011-000496, now pending in Arizona Tax Court, a division of the Superior Court of and for Maricopa County.

Approve the Work and Financial Plan, Agreement Number 12-73-04-0228-RA, between Cochise County and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Wildlife Services, pursuant to the existing Cooperative Service Agreement No. 09-73-04-0228-RA, to assign a Wildlife Specialist to Cochise County for predator and disease control for the term of July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 at a cost of $38,364.

Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Pima County and Cochise County for Road Maintenance of San Pedro River Road (an extension of Cascabel Road) for approximately nine miles to the Pima-Pinal County line, effective upon execution by both parties and effective for five years.
