Approve the Minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of May 22, 2012.

Approve renewal of contract between the Board of Supervisors and County Administrator, effective July 1, 2012, in accordance with the terms as set forth in the attached Exhibit.
3.
Appoint Tommy O'Malley to the Accident Risk Review Board (ARRB), effective immediately, to replace the seat vacated by Richard Azart.

Approve the renewal of Contract 09-03-HFP-02 for High and Low Volume Chips for the Community Development Highway and Floodplain Division to various Contractors in the estimated aggregate amount of $600,000 for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.

Approve the renewal of Contract No. 09-04-HFP-02 for Base Material (Crushed Aggregate) for the Community Development Highway and Floodplain Division to various Contractors in the estimated aggregate amount of $80,000 for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.

Approve the renewal of Contract No. 11-43-HFP-04 for Corrugated Metal Pipe and related items to Arizona Culvert Company in the estimated amount of $75,000 for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013 for the Community Development Highway & Floodplain Division.

Approve the renewal of Contract No. 11-44-HFP-04 for Concrete and related items for the Community Development Highway and Floodplain Division to various Contractors in the estimated aggregate amount of $100,000 for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.
8.
Approve the renewal of Contract No. 11-48-HFP-04 for Hot and Cold Mix Road Material to Granite Construction Company in the estimated amount of $315,000 for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013 for the Community Development Highway and Floodplain Division.

Approve Third Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement with the Arizona Counties Insurance Pool for renewal of insurance and insurance services relating to exposure for property, fidelity, employment, employer liability, workers' compensation, liability losses and other losses as may be permitted by law.

Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Arizona Department of Homeland Security (ADHS), the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS), and the Cochise County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) to transfer two (2) "Starchase" Pursuit Management Systems originally acquired by DPS via ADHS Operation Stonegarden equipment grant 555415-03, to CCSO at no cost to Cochise County.

Approve the Reciprocal and Non-Exclusive License Agreement, effective upon signature by the Board of Supervisors, to make certain facilities that are owned, leased, licensed, or controlled by each party available to the other party for the co-location of communications equipment and sharing of communications resources, in order to provide each party with radio coverage and microwave connectivity without charge to either party for their mutual benefit, in accordance with the terms set forth in the Agreement.
