Approve a liquor license application for a series 16 (Wine Festival/Wine Fair) submitted by Mr. Rod Keeling for Keeling-Schaefer Vineyards for a Wine Festival to be held at 155 N Frontage Road, Pearce, 85625 on November 10, 2012.

Approve the award of Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. 13-09-FMD-04 to Midway Chevrolet for the purchase of two 2012 Silverado 4WD Crew Cab Trucks for the Fleet Management Department in the amount of $58,553.52 plus applicable sales tax.

Approve the award of Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 13-08-HFM-04 to Gefco, Inc. for the purchase of three Solid Waste Walking Floor Transfer Trailers for the Heavy Fleet Management Department in the amount of $168,075 plus applicable tax.
