Docket RZ25-01: An applicant-initiated request to rezone APNs 117-06-063, 064, 066, 067, 074, 075, 076, 077, and 078 from SR -43 (Single-Household Residential District, one dwelling per 43,000 square feet) to RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres). The parcels total about 10 acres and are located between S. Cochise Stronghold and S. Palm Roads and W. Windsor and W. Yale Streets in Sunsites Unit #2.
