1.
Docket SUB25-02: An applicant-initiated request for a 9-lot subdivision on APN 208-36-003. The property totals 36.44 acres and is zoned RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres).

Docket RZ25-09: An applicant-initiated request to rezone APN 404-02-027 from RU-2 (Rural District, one dwelling per 2 acres) to RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres). The property totals about 5 acres and is located at the northeast corner of Mohave Street and Ute Avenue in Desert Sky subdivision near McNeal.

Docket RZ25-10: An applicant-initiated request to rezone APN 408-11-009 from RU-4 (Rural District, one dwelling per 4 acres) to GB (General Business District). The property totals about 27 acres and is located along the south side of Highway 80, about 1/4 mile west of Plantation Road near Douglas.

Docket R25-03: A staff-initiated text amendment to the Cochise County Zoning Regulations, specifically Articles 2.03 (Definitions), 2.48 (Use-Specific Standards), and various zoning district sections of the Zoning Regulations to update references to Accessory Living Quarters (ALQs), re-title them as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), and ensure compliance with state law (A.R.S. § 11-810.01.)
