This executive session is authorized under A.R.S. § 38-431.03, Subsection (A), (3) and (4).

Discussion and possible direction regarding pending litigation involving the Ramsey Canyon Inn.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4), the Board may vote to go into executive session to receive legal advice and to discuss the litigation with the County Attorney.
